Gone are all the old warehouses. The Broomielaw is now a very modern addition to the Glasow Waterfront. The Clyde Waterfront Regeneration involves a 15-year plan, and a projected £1.67 billion investment to transform an 8 mile stretch along the River Clyde. Here is my Photographs of area . The pics were all taken April 2010

This new pedestrian bridge will link the International Finanacial Services District (IFSD) on the north bank of the Clyde with Tradeston on the south bank.

The Tradeston Bridge (also spelled Tradestone Bridge and informally known as the "Squiggly Bridge") is a bridge across the River Clyde in Glasgow which opened on 14 May 2009. The design was carried out by Dissing+Weitling, a danish architectural firm. It costs £7million to construct and is used by pedestrians and cyclists with no motorised traffic being allowed upon it. It uses a cable-stayed design, albeit with a horizonally curved S-shaped span with outward canting on both curves.
