FORTH BRIDGE
JiM BoBs TraVeLs
Bairdstravel would like to introduce to you Jim Bob.
Bob spends most of my time taking photographs on his travels around the Uk in the course of his work as a long distance lorry driver.
This page hopefully will encourage other truckers to take up photography
Bob learned how to use Pentax P30 by trial and error to start, but then picked up books and magazines, and began to gain experience, and use various technique’s to
explore the medium of photography.

Slowly he got the bug, and got his self enrolled in a City & Guilds course. Redundancy in early 1990 prompted Bob to try my hand at freelance, but unfortunately never managed to bring in enough to pay the bills, so as they say he got a real job, and continued to follow his passion as a hobby, but on occasion selling the odd picture.
With the advent of digital camera’s and computers his hobby has been more accessible due to the lack of financial overheads, so he find his self dabbling in the world of self expression via photographs and the World Wide Web.

Here`s a message from HGV driver Jim Bob
