BRYDEN ADVENTURES IN MOSCOW
One of the founder members of Glasgow`s Famous Gallon Club [Gordon Bryden] joined Bairdstravel and the king of Vodka on trip to Moscow .Gordon has grew through the ranks to become Vice Chairman . Below is a slide show of GB photographs from Russia.
GB enjoys the odd beer or two . Below you see him having a pint in the Irish Bar Arbat . That was our first port of call.

Hard Rock Cafe.
Opened at the end of 2003 this place become popular immediately, though the meals are disgusting and overpriced and alcohol beverages are no good either. People come there to listen to the hits of 1950-1990, dance and get fun. Visitors are mostly 20-30 years old Russians and foreigners. Go there if you want to get drunk, meet new friends, have good time, or just put the add Moscow to your worldwide Hard Rock cafe collection (if you're into it).
John Bull Pub
Well, it certainly does look like an English-style pub so it’s not a bad option for anyone with a serious case of homesickness. It is a bad option for anyone on a budget with the cheapest beers costing a whopping 195 rubles ($7) per 500mL. You might be persuaded to pay that much in the center of London but in Moscow it verges on the ridiculous. The food is similarly overpriced and not especially good. On the bright side there is a fine selection of English ales and lagers which can be hard to find in Moscow. And the interior is impressive, with the pub decked out stylishly in dark wood and set on two levels. The coat check guy dressed in a Union Jack shirt might send you into fits of laughter.
