What a night .The Hampden concert started with the New york born Jay-Z .The Rapper sadly had forgot to bring his wife [Beyonce] with him.
As Hampden filled up the support for the warm up act grew.
The Hampden crowd erupted as Coldplay hit the stage.
The gig began with Violet hill then on to Clocks with main man Chris Martin
on top form. Next out came huge yellow ballons .It was time for the band to perform Yellow.
Fix you was class . Take time to look at the top video. Viva La Vida
brought the crowd to full voice. The band then left the main stage to walk round the crowd to perform an acoustic set on a small stage in the middle of the Glasgow crowd. Trouble and Michael Jackson`s Famous song Billie Jean . "Is there anything more beautiful than 40,000 Scottish people singing that?"Screamed front man Chris Martin.
Lovers in Japan next . Confetti cannons sent millions of multi-coloured paper butterflies fluttering into the sky.
Life in Technicolor brought the concert to an end .

Coldplay achieved worldwide fame with the release of their single "Yellow", followed by their debut album, Parachutes (2000), which was nominated for the Mercury Prize. Its follow-up, A Rush of Blood to the Head (2002), won multiple awards, including NME's Album of the Year.
Their next release, X&Y (2005), received a slightly less enthusiastic yet still generally positive reception. The band's fourth studio album, Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends (2008), was produced by Brian Eno and released again to largely favourable reviews, earning several Grammy nominations and wins. Coldplay have sold over 50 million records worldwide.
Coldplay's early material was compared to acts such as Radiohead, Jeff Buckley, U2, and Travis. Since the release of Parachutes, Coldplay have drawn influence from other sources, including Echo & the Bunnymen, Kate Bush, George Harrison and Muse on A Rush of Blood to the Head, Johnny Cash and Kraftwerk for X&Y and Blur, Arcade Fire and My Bloody Valentine on Viva la Vida. Coldplay have been an active supporter of various social and political causes, such as Oxfam's Make Trade Fair campaign and Amnesty International. The group have also performed at various charity projects such as Band Aid 20, Live 8, Sound Relief, and the Teenage Cancer Trust.
